Well established high end villa rental and estate management company is recruiting a Western villa maintenance and operation supervisor to supervise their portfolio of villas. The applicant must be fluent in both English and Thai, and have extensive experience of villa maintenance and construction. Knowledge of holiday villa staffing and operations is also necessary. The position carries a high level of responsibility and will involve being on call as required. The successful applicant will have been resident in Thailand for some time and needs to have a current driving license and a vehicle.
